ARFA outlines development plans

ARFA Holdings released more information about the company's new development – The Highlands of Parshall – a 300 acre residential and commercial master planned community development. Barry Arfa presented the plan to the Parshall City Council last week.

Developer outlines big plans for Parshall

His company, Arfa Holdings, presented a plan to develop 300 acres of land north of Seventh Avenue that would include lots for 500 homes, about twice the number that already exist in Parshall. Arfa has been working in Parshall for about the last year.
