Vision West eyes 2015 legislative session

City council blocks mancamp proposal

School Board, teachers approve contract

The Parshall School District and Parshall Education Association completed contract talks and have approved a contract for 2013-14 school year. The changes in the contract include a $500 across the board raise for teachers’ base salary.
